ABOUT OUR CLIENTS

Enertex Marketing annually provides direct marketing services for more than 400 clients. Our clients, located across the United States, typically execute more than 1,500 individual direct mail and telemarketing campaigns each year. The majority of Enertex clients are cultural nonprofits from all genres: orchestras, ballet companies, theatres, performing arts centers, presenters, museums, botanical gardens, libraries, and opera companies.

Enertex has an annual client retention rate of 98.7%. Most Enertex clients have been working with us, on average, for 18 to 20 years. Therefore, Enertex has a direct marketing history with our clients that allows our staff to become an extension of each organization's marketing or development departments. Even in the event of client staff turnover, Enertex maintains that institutional memory and history.
