Enertex specializes in the manipulation of client data on telemarketing output. We can output a wealth of customer supplied data whether it be marketing history or development/donor history. We can link donor databases with marketing databases for this purpose.

If the telemarketing output is derived from a merge/purge database, we can output a significant amount of information from the merge/purge file showing multi frequency of appearance, inter-relationships with other telemarketing lists, and identification of patron type.

Age appending, demographic and psychographic enhancements are also offered to improve both the quality of the telemarketing lead base and the manager's ability to effectively apportion the leads.

Telephone Appending & Verification

Telephone cleaning is particularly important if you also address clean, (NCOA), your mailing lists.

Telephone appending is the process of identifying home telephone numbers from public sources and appending that information to your lead file.

Telephone verification is the process of examining existing evening or home telephone numbers for accuracy. If an incorrect number is identified through a matching process, a new, alternative telephone number is appended to the customer record.

Records that have been appended or corrected in this manner can be returned to a client to update their internal database.
